ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS

There are at least two ways in which the Environmental Laws of India, amongst other nation’s, works in. The first is the compliances of various environmental regulations for business to set up their operations, whether the business in directly causing environmental impact such as mining and drilling or a business has to merely set up a factory. The second is the legislation that protects the environment from harm punishes those who do not comply to the environmental protection regulations.
